1x 50g summer edition mizudashi gyokuro (10x 5g tea bag)
1 x Hario cold brew bottle (smoky green or smoky pink)

A staple release for our summer line up every year. This is the easiest way to make delicious mizudashi (cold brew) gyokuro, without the hassle to drain the tea leaves. We know! We know! We usually do not have high hopes in tea bags as usually it is the dust of the dust of tea that are packed inside. But there is a particular reason why we have this year after year.

We take a further step to show you what is inside the tea bag. Instead of the usual dust, you can actually see tea leaves. Gyokuro goes through a shading process before harvest, hence a higher amino acids than sencha (unshaded steamed tea) which leads to higher levels of umami and sweetness, and a very beautiful green colour too!

We promise you they make the perfect mizudashi and you don’t have to compromise on taste.

It is a different experience to enjoying gyokuro with kyusu that are enjoyed in various infusions. We absolutely love a treat from time to time and take time to prepare gyokuro.
