methods and flavour profiles in the world of Japanese tea. Until 15th February.

Fuyu showcases seasonal flavours and features especially rare teas prepared
using a wide variety of brewing methods. December - 15th February.

Haru showcases seasonal flavours and features especially rare teas prepared
using a wide variety of brewing methods. 28th Feb - 5th April.


Wagashi/sweets are freshly made in our kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame.
