Notes:

Incredibly aromatic both before and after brewing, moreso even than previous winners. Bursting with freshness and complexity, this Yame Dentou Hon Gyokuro is wonderfully balanced in sweetness and umami with tons of character.

Recommended brewing:

First infusion 5g : 20-25ml @ 20°C for 120s

Please enjoy the intense aroma of the brewed tea after the first infusion especially.

Second infusion 25ml @ 20°C for 60s

Third infusion 35ml @ 65°C for 30s

Fourth infusion onwards - as you like.
