A renewed recipe since 2024 - Ichigo koucha (strawberry black tea) in the form of tea bags making it extremely easy to enjoy without compromising in quality.

Dried strawberries from Sayama Berry Land (strawberry cultivar: akihime) is blended with black tea produced in Sayama by the 15th generation of Okutomi family. No sugar or spices are added to this tea. The natural sweetness and sourness of strawberry melts into the gentle taste of Japanese black tea. It is recommended not only for hot tea but also for iced tea. This is the first tea we served at the spring chakai. We prepared it in kyuurei method, brewing the tea hot, which draws out the great characteristics of black tea and dropping the temperature straight away with ice.
