This this is a set of 3 different matcha from Hoshinoseichaen, ranging from everyday drinking Ike no Shiro to the best of each year’s harvest - Houju. Each one of these three matcha will have a sweet nutty aftertaste characteristic of Hoshino matcha.

Enjoy a discount when purchasing this set. The set will come with two sets of monaka DIY kit (monaka shells, anko, sea salt, genmai), so you can recreate your tea time experience at home!

Due to unforeseen delays with Royal Mail, orders for postage (within or outside of the UK) will come with the monaka DIY kit without anko. Collection orders will come with anko. Anko will last for one week.

For monaka, once prepared, enjoy within five - ten minutes to fully enjoy the crispiness of monaka.
