PREORDER COLLECTION
This is the preorder collection page for sweets item to be picked up from the teahouse. Please contact us regarding allergens prior to ordering. There will be a small drinks menu for take away on the day of your visit. Please feel free to take a look at our tea and teaware collection during your visit too! We currently allow five groups inside at a time for take away/preorder collection days. If there are already four separate groups of guests inside, please wait outside of the tea house. We no longer accept walk-ins for take away orders during our reservation only opening days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

At checkout, please choose “collection at cha-ology”. No refunds or cancellations. All preorder items are prepared freshly to order for the date specified. If you are also purchasing tea and teaware, you can collect those items at the same time too!
