Houjcha is roasted tea. The process makes it a low caffeine option of Japanese tea.

This houjicha is well balanced and easy drinking, between light to medium roast, from Tokorozawa, in Saitama prefecture. It has a lovely warming flavour and is calming to drink. We use this at the teahouse during the winter months!
