This set includes:

12 monaka shells (Ishikawa prefecture) - 6 tree and 6 santa. 2 shells are used to make one serving, therefore this set contains 6 monaka servings in total.

Genmai - toasted brown rice (blend of rice cultivars grown in Japan)

Tsubuan - our homemade red bean paste (azuki and sugar both grown in Hokkaido)

Vegan friendly. To be consumed within one week.

This set does not include butter. We use Lescure French butter (or vegan block butter) inside the teahouse.
