Born in Kita kyushu in Fukuoka prefecture in 1975, Fujita san moved to Tokoname city in Aichi prefecture to study pottery under Araki Toshio in 1994. He has received a lot of recognition, exhibited across the country and received numerous awards. His work is most known for their beautiful form and ease to use.

This collection showcase the imagine of the sea (as Tokoname city is by the sea). The matte sand, the blue glaze (indicating the sea) and the sea shells (which leave an orange mark upon firing due to the salt content from the sea).
