An exquisite balance of sencha, genmai and matcha. All three, rice included, are grown in a small village called Hoshinomura, inside Yame city, Fukuoka prefecture. 

Enjoy the bright and comforting aroma of the genmai and its unique sweetness, brought together by the gentle, mellow umami of sencha in a delicate balance. 

The matcha not only contributes a beautiful vibrant green liquor colour, but also a round, slight nutty flavour to tie it all together. Fantastic in both hot or cold preparation methods.
