From October onwards, there will be a minimum of one drink and one sweets item per sit in customer (previously there was no requirement for sweets), unless we have sold out of sweets at your visiting time.

We have considered this change for a while but will be making it official starting from October 2019. This has become necessary as we move to a smaller and smaller amount of people per time slot, which helps us maintain the calm atmosphere inside the teahouse. Thank you for understanding. 

*Bigger items such as the nama choco box and any larger wagashi plates will count as two sweets items.

**We will have at least one vegan friendly sweets item available each opening day, and if all vegan items have been sold out any vegan customers won’t be required to purchase non-vegan sweets. Please refer to our social media for updates on seasonal or monthly specials.
