[Information on May schedule and long holiday]

The tea house will be opened as usual for the first three weeks of May. It will be closed from 20.05 to the end of June. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!

We will start taking reservations for the first two weeks of May today! First time visitors please read about the concept and rules prior to making a reservation and visiting as we want to make sure you can enjoy this experience (we understand each person has different preference, so please also advise the other party on the reservation). Thank you so much!

In early April we asked your opinion on moving all tables to maximum seating of 2 people for all tables; 70% of you voted like and 30% dislike. 

After our holiday when we reopen at the end of June, we will reduce the platform seating from 2-2-4 to 2-2-3. We know that this may be disappointing to some of our regular customers who come as a four, but unfortunately the majority of groups of four negatively impact the atmosphere inside the tea house. Conversation and volume naturally increase as the number of people do - that is unavoidable. We are making this change to ensure that every customer can enjoy the atmosphere that we promise to provide.

We will pay attention to how this change affects the tea house - further changes may be made in the months after our reopening.
