This is January calendar.
For the last two months there had been many positive feedback since we moved to reservation only! We really hope we are making the sit in experience better. As for take out, thank you for being patience and understanding. Our main focus is the sit in experience hence the queue for take out items are still outside of the tea house.
Although we have a few regular customers who book and come almost every week, we have learned that some people would try to book for a later date of the month which was then forgotten until they got the second reminder email and eventually cancelled at the last minute or no show. It might mean nothing to the customer but it affected small business quite a lot in certain ways. We are still learning how to make the best experience for customers and not to affect the business side. Therefore we will now try to limit to two weeks in advance reservation. Thank you for understanding!
